What are the guest book services?
The guest book services are a great way for the bride and groom or event organizers to capture all of the pictures in a book and have attendee's sign the book. Mastermind events supplies guest book and pens as well as an attendant for the first hour of your rental. Every time someone gets a picture done they get two strips of 4 photos, we give them a strip and take a strip for your book. Then once placed in the book, the guests may sign it. The book is yours to keep.
Will you make our logo?
We can do this but again there is more charges. You are better off to send this to us so that you get exactly what you want. The logo should be sent to us in as a BMP and we will do the rest.
Is there a delivery charge?
No. The cost includes delivery within the NCR. If you are outside the NCR you will have to call for a more accurate quote. Usually, there is a $0.45 km charge plus driving time.
When will the booth arrive?
The booth is usually setup an hour before your scheduled rental period. What is the latest we can rent the booth from? Most venues want us to remove the booth at the end of your event. So, the latest that a rental can go until is 1am.
Do you offer a discount for Non-Profit events?
Yes. If you are a non-profit event within the NCR, we can help. We do this by charging less in exchange for advertising at the event supplied by the event.
