Why do we need an attendant?

If you were to run out of paper, the attendant would be able to help you right away. Without an attendant present you would have to wait until the attendant arrives after a call is made. Every booking is given a number that they can call right away and the down time is minimal, but there is down time. We do guarantee the booth will be up and running 80% of your rented time.

What are the guest book services?

The guest book services are a great way for the bride and groom or event organizers to capture all of the pictures in a book and have attendee's sign the book. The event organizers supply a book and pens. We supply and additional attendant. With that being said, the option is only available to people who pay the $1200.00 because it takes 2 attendants to offer this. Every time someone gets a picture done they get two strips of 4, we give them a strip and take a strip for your book. Then once we put it in the book we get them to sign it for you. In order for things to move quickly and get as many people through as possible the 2nd attendant is required. Although, you might be able to get someone from your event to take care of this for you.

Will you make our logo?

We can do this but again there is more charges. You are better off to send this to us so that you get exactly what you want. The logo should be sent to us in as a BMP and we will do the rest.

Is there a delivery charge?

No. You cost includes delivery within the NCR. If you are outside the NCR you will have to call for a more accurate quote. Usually, there is a $0.45 km charge plus driving time.

When will the booth arrive?

The booth is usually setup an hour before your scheduled rental period. What is the latest we can rent the booth from? Most venues want us to remove the booth at the end of your event. So, the latest that a rental can go until is 1am.

Do you offer a discount for Non-Profit events?

Yes. If you are a non-profit event within the NCR, we can help. We do this by charging less in exchange for advertising at the event supplied by the event.
